After payment, rights will be transferred as per the agreed terms in the project contract. You may not reuse or reproduce any material from our website or portfolio without written permission.

Clients are expected to: Provide accurate information and timely feedback. Respect timelines and payment terms. Use the final deliverables within the scope defined in the agreement. Delays in communication or incomplete inputs may affect project timelines.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal or invoice. In general: A percentage of the fee may be required upfront to begin the project. Remaining payments must be made upon milestone completion or final delivery. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled mid-way: Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly. Refunds are only issued if no work has begun and must be requested within 7 days of payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anahat Design Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service.
